And if you’d rather skip behavioral analysis sessions, we’ll still consider the psychological aspects of your journey through mindful evaluation and holistic planning, but we will revisit the plan to focus on nutrition and physical activity education. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every coaching journey. A specialized gym enthusiast who also loves outdoor activities, she understands the importance of balance and enjoyment in movement. She has in-depth knowledge of muscle development as well as the various ways to lose weight, whether through intense training or gentler approaches. In addition, having studied nutrition thoroughly and earned her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, she combines science-based guidance with practical, real-life strategies. She is also equipped to provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based exercises to help clients improve their relationship with food, build confidence, and create lasting lifestyle changes.
